Verbal- Face to face conversation in a variety of places which include meetings, supervision, informal meetings.

Written verbal- Communications/message books, letter, written notes, risk assessments and care plan

Electronic- Telephone, Fax and E-mail.

Non-verbal- Eye contact, body language.
